Progress ‘The feeling of healing’

The feeling of healing, a blend of emotional relief, self-discovery, and empowerment. Allowing people to engage with their inner worlds in a creative and non-judgmental way, play therapy facilitates a transformative process.

To process my understanding about The feeling of healing. I use drawing to visualize this sense of healing, in order to explore how does this feeling of being healed come about? Does it appear from outside or from within?

Healing involves restoring human’s sense of competence and self-worth. people could observe healing both from inner or external.

The feeling of healing is observed through a holistic interplay of emotional relief, cognitive shifts, behavioral adjustments, relational improvements, and physical recovery. It is a process of regaining balance, resilience, and fulfillment, often marked by a renewed sense of purpose and connection to oneself and the world.

Our emotion engaging with the environment. We gain through both positive and negative. This shift in emotional regulation signifies an enhanced ability to manage feelings and respond to life’s challenges constructively. The healing is a sense of power that surrounding in anywhere and it comes as a kind of emotional expression.

Individuals often demonstrate a clearer understanding of their experiences, weaving narratives that reflect personal growth and resilience. These cognitive changes enable individuals to approach future challenges with greater confidence and optimism.

Children to process complex emotions, develop problem-solving skills, and explore their understanding of the world in a safe and supportive environment. From a therapeutic perspective, role-playing facilitates self-expression, emotional regulation, and cognitive growth, making it an essential component of emotional healing.

This behavior combine with a creative and emotionally safe space to explore adult roles, process emotions, and build essential life skills. As a medium for self-expression but also a pathway for emotional healing, fostering resilience, empathy, and confidence.
